If you feel that you have not been dealt with as you would have wished please do not hesitate to get in touch with the surgery. You can either ring and complain, write to us and even e-mail the practice manager or fax us.
If you are coming into the surgery please ask for a complaints procedure form and leaflet from reception and if you would like to see the Practice Manager just ask reception. Practice Manager is off most Wednesdays.
We do try our best to give our patients the best service possible but we would want to know if we were failing some where.
