If you feel that you have not been dealt with as you would have wished please do not hesitate to get in touch with the surgery. You can either ring, write to us, e-mail the practice manager or fax us. We do try our best to give our patients the best service possible but we would want to know if we were failing somewhere. We are eager to learn form any complaints or feedback.
If you have any complaints please complain directly to us in the surgery before escalating further as below.
If you are coming into the surgery please ask for a complaints procedure form and leaflet from reception and if you would like to see the Practice Manager just ask reception. Please note, our Practice Manager is off most Wednesdays.
